Smart Systems Technology used as a contact manager will report:
  • The daily activity by sales person or reseller
  • Concurrent status of all leads by product and territory
  • Number of leads that have not replied to calls
  • How many calls by salesperson per day
  • The rating of all leads by product and by sales person (has a sales person received a reasonable supply of hot leads)
  • The forecast by sales executive
