History The Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC) is a non-profit organization founded in 1988. We assist small and mid-size manufacturers in improving their productivity and quality, lowering their costs and advancing their competitiveness using state-of-the-art technologies and proven business techniques. MRC assistance can be in one of six forms:
Our headquarters is located in Bethlehem, PA and we also have offices in Jim Thorpe and Reading, PA. Our service area includes Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton and Schuylkill counties. We are also affiliated with the National Institute of Standards and Technology Manufacturing Extension Partnership of 70 centers nationwide, which ties us to a huge network of experts on any topic, the national labs and federal funding resources.
