To receive a well rounded background in Six Sigma and Lean, MRC has developed Lean6 Green Belt and Lean6 Black Belt. This can be achieved by selecting a level of Six Sigma training and supplementing with five core classes in Lean and presenting an opportunity to focus in an area of specialization.
