With over 30 years of successful experience in sales, sales management, training, and industrial marketing, Mr. Caruso's career includes a train the trainer role for Motivational Techniques Inc; a Chicago based sales consulting and training firm. During the last 7 years he has worked closely with the Manufacturing Extension Partnership. MEP is a nationwide network of more than 400 manufacturing extension centers and field offices established within the U.S. Department of Commerce. MEP centers offer technical assistance and the latest business practices to help the nation's smaller manufacturers improve their competitiveness. Mr. Caruso's association with centers in 11 states including Michigan, NY, Pennsylvania, and California is helping them provide business building, best practice marketing, sales and customer retention programs for their small manufacturers.
His current companies specialize in helping industry sellers maximize sales and marketing investments through research driven Lead Generation, Exhibitor Promotion, Event Marketing, Target Marketing, Prospect Management and Sales Consulting services. Among the companies' customers are such well-known industry names as Eaton, Honeywell, HP, and GE along with more than a hundred mid to small size manufacturers.
